At almost the edge of bustling shopping area, there it is – Lilo Coffee Roasters

I came here directly from Kansai airport because I found this coffee shop has got the highest review score in Google Map. Yes, many times I hunt good cafes and coffee shops via Google Map and it often works, not because I truly trust the reviews, but it makes a lot of good/great shops findable like no other.

If you’re from Kansai airport and want to spend least, get off at Namba via Nankai line. But if you’d like to get to the nearest station, get off at Shinsaibashi, which’s just 1 station away. To be true, when I look at the map, I feel that the cafe was so far from Namba station. But when I actually walk from Namba station to the cafe, it did take less time than I expected, with so many things to see along the way.

plenty of bean selections that can keep you up for the whole week, if including brewing methods, it will be able to keep you up for the whole month

its beans are packed in modest bag with lovely design of labels, both informative and pleasant to look at

The cafe’s stationery design is lovely and professional. this is one of the most attractive coffee paper cups I’ve ever received. For the flavour, I’ll give this “Smooth” award above other cafes in the same trip.

By the time I spent some minutes at the shop, I can see it’s really popular internationally and I could hear a few different languages in this small space.

I also bought its Nicaragua beans home, and the result is it’s good as expected for both cold drip and espresso. Balanced taste, lightly acidy, tropical fruity, and deeply cocoa.
